Bassena Wien Messe Prater Hotel, Vienna

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and had all the modern facilities one would need, but they were extremely small. The service was quite disappointing as the staff had a negative attitude and were not accommodating. The location, however, was excellent with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The dining options were good but expensive. Overall, it was an average stay with some notable drawbacks.
